DZL series fast-loading steam boiler

The new brand boiler type series DZL is horizontal cylinder of single boiler barrel and fire-water tube of chain grate. The boiler proper is longitudinal arrangement with single boiler barrel, both sides of water wall tube and the boiler barrel are formed the hearth radiant heating surface, and the both sides of water pipe with restrain is formed the convection heating surface on water pipe, and the boiler barrel of internal thread with fire tube is formed the convection surface on fire pipe. And the tube plate with low stress without tenting vaulted tube plate. The boiler is made up of ridge-noumenon and the bottom-fire-grate, contracture site combination (under DZL4 factory combination). Economizer back of boiler.
