DYQ2000 Belt Press Filter

The machine is a separating solid and liquid in this way of compression filtrator, which includes a series of different diameter rollers and filter belts, etc. After preliminary gravity dewatering, suspension liquid material which mixed with coagulator fully enters the"cuneiform"press segment between two piece of belts, and the mixture moves the track like"S" around rollers, that is pressed and dehydrated again to form filter-cakes. Through all sorts of rollers, filter-cakes are pressed anddewatered further, whch are curved and sheared frequently to remove so that moisture between grains is discharged easily.And filter-cakes are discharged under the aid of scraper finally.
