drum set of Maple

This drum set'sshell is 6 ply and thickness is about 6.6 mm. We exert big pressure on the shell when it is heat-formed in radius direction inward and outword,so that we can get strong shell and good tone. We can make the shell’s seam very slight and strong thus get a perfect tone. The biggest tube’s diameter is 25 mm and the stands have double brace. All tubes and iron plates of stands are polished and thenelectroplated. We use many Zinc and Aluminum die-casting parts in important positions,they are polished then electroplated. 2.3t iron power hoops are used on tom and floor tom. Have a rack to support between two cymbal boom stands in order to fix two toms steadly. The tom tom holder have ball to adjust angle in more dirrections. Two toms have rims to avoid drilling in the shell thus afford pure sound. We apply Zinc die-casting hoop in snare drum and 2.3t iron hoops in TT and FT. This model show a very beautiful aspect and strong functions. The bass drum’s leg can rotate,extend and contract and have a high quality.
