Drilling RigFeatures 1. EngineThe Claw tractor drilling rig uses 6CTA83-C300 middle cooling diesel engine with adding pressure made by Cummins of u.s.a. Output power is 224kw (300HP), rated rotational speed 2200r/min. The engine is strong and of low noise, environment protection and low fuel consumption.2. ChassisClaw tractor chassis can be extended. The width of extension is 3000-4300mm, it is very convenient to carry the claw tractor drill. It works steadily. The tightening instruction of oil cylinder can ensure the claw tractor crawls more reliably. It can be driven at a speed of 1.6km/h.3. Hydraulic SystemThe system uses main oil pump of Rexroth A8V107 to supply oil to engine head, main winch and make main winch and main engine head work together at the same time. A10VO is used in auxiliary hydraulic system to control flow volume. The variable angle of mast is controlled by pilot electrical hydraulic proportion. The control valve with pressure compensation is under control by loading sensor. The system is of high efficiency, gentle adjustment and easy operation.4. Engine HeadWith features of high-speed throw soil function. The engine head fits to adjust drill speed and rated torque of output according to any different geological conditions. Sole grease, cooling, hydraulic system with changing speed can ensure engine head to work reliably and efficiency.5. Drill MastThree-section folded masts is featured by shorted length and height while transportation.6. Operation CabOperation cab is big, safe and comfortable. It can be used for a whole day. Controlling plate can be operated on both sides, manual controlling components are placed clearly and easy to touch. It has general engine control appearances, adjusted equipment for watching masts tilting angle of axial X-Y and electronic depth screen. Air conditioner, fire extinguisher, lamp, safe exit, etc, can be controlled by the operator.7. Auxiliary WinchStepless controlling is used in auxiliary winch for motor’s speed. The result makes large torque while driving on off ways. It also can be satisfactory to loading. The pulling force with single rope is 200kN, it can rise and fall down drill pipes. Pulling force of auxiliary winch’s single rope is 90kN. It can help drilling pipes to be hung up.8. Drill PipeMain winch can extend with lock. Multi- type drill bar can drill as deep as up to 60m. It can drill with drilling pipe’s diameter of 800-2000mm.
