DL centrifugal pump

DL vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water whichs temperature is below 80°C and or liquid whichs physical and chemical properties is parallel to water.(120°C can be accepted if the pump is mechanically sealed). This series of pumps are featured by construction, little occupy, convenience installation and have advantage like stable operation, low vibration, low noise, long useful life etc., which is especially suitable for use in the living water supply and fire prevention system of high or low residential building, hospital, hotel, commercial building and is fit to use in cooling water circulation of air conditioning unit. The type of low rotate speed has long life because of little worn, but the disadvantage is large shape and weight, so it is suitable for usual use. The shape and weight of high rotate speed is little, but the life is not so longer as the low rotate speed type, so it is suitable for occasional use, like fire prevention system etc. Form: The pump is made up with top and bottom support, the bearing of two centripetal thrust balls on the top is the main support, the bottom is the ancillary support. The pump doesnt need adjustment in use because it is directly connected by coupling and the engine. The pump is made up with pump body, connecting pipeline and the part of transmission connection, the pump body is divided into inhaled section, middle section, impeller, guide glade(including end guide glade), spitted section, the transmission connection is divided into axis, bearing cover(including inner bearing), bracket of engine, coupling etc. Axial force: The axial force of pump mostly keeps balance by water power balance construction. The rest axial force is born by bearing of one couple of angle contact balls and is lubricated by butter. Seal: There are changeable sealed rings installed in inhaled section, middle section, impeller, the top of gland seal is sealed by filler or machinery, the bottom of high rotate speed pump is sealed by double mouths bowl, the bottom of low rotate speed pump is sealed by water padding. Bearing: The top and bottom of high rotate speed pump is installed by rolling bearing and lubricated by butter; for the low rotate speed pump, the top is installed by rolling bearing and lubricated by butter, the bottom is installed by water slipping bearing(be made in graphite) and lubricated by medium. The water inlet and outlet is layout in horizontal direction, the water inlet on the bottom, the water outlet is on the top, the opposite position of both is installed in 180° when leaving factory. The opposite position can also be revolved into 0°,90°,180°,270° as customers requirement.
