Discharge valve

The discharge valve is also called as lock valve and rotary valve. usually the star-style structure (as shown in Figure 1) is composed by several pieces of rotor impellers with leaf blades, the shell, the seal and the reduction gear, the electric motor and so on. When the material in the upside bunker drops to the blanket between the blades, depending on its gravity. Along with the leaf blade's revolving, it will be discharged from the lower part, therefore the star-style device may control the quota and continue the program . The star-style device is commonly used in the air slide output system. Regarding to the pressure output system or the negative pressure output system, the star-style device can supplies the material continuously, averagely, to the feed delivery pipe to guarantee that the gas, the solid from the air slide exhaust pipe, is quite stable. Thus it can enables the air slide output system keep working. Simultaneously the device also can block the air to make the air pressure on lower part separate, In one word,it plays a very important role in the pneumatic handling system. The star-style device may use in collecting the material system, as the discharger of the material cabin.Presently, It is the most advanced dumping device in China. It is one of the most important equipments in the dust removal system, too.
