Maximum feed speed can up to 250m/min, starting and braking time is less than 100ms. Operators can easily complete the film by the keyboard-shaped selection, parameter modification and other operations with intuitive WINDOW of all human-machine interface in English, to modify the machine coordinate values, viewing historical production records and other operations. Computer can identify length compensation, rapid adjustment of cutting length. Automatically finish cut, material separation, code material, etc. New film-type sheet can be input through IPC. Fault point can be displayed directly in the software interface with fault detection. Automated detection of failure can be directly displayed on the software interface. Automatically stacking feature can make code into a descending ladder-type silicon material stack. Vertical accuracy of material is 10-25mm, and horizontal accuracy is 3-5mm (optional).
