As a result, it has quite an effect on increasing competences of drilling and striping sleeves, installing and detaching drill rod easily, hoisting drill for a short time as well as dealing with accidents during subsurface boring. 4 It can satisfy the requirements of deep hole drilling with high applying pressure, high lifting force, high torque output and strong drilling capacity. 5 All mechanisms are controlled by hydraulic system with the advantages of high mechanization, convenient, quick and safe operation. 6 Revolving power pack is stepless gear shift with two mechanical shifts. 7 Hydromechanical drive with two gear shifts is adopted for the hoist. 8 At present, it is the most scientific and advanced prospecting drill with the highest performingin in country. Its work efficiency is 23 times higher than similar domestic products. Part of function and structure can match with the ones of the same category abroad, but the price is only a quarter of imported drills. Major function 1 The drill can meets the requirements for all kinds of covering layer and in-situ test for quaternary geology stratification. It has been widely used in industrial and civil defense facilities, highway, railway, bridges, water conservancy, electric power, coal, oil, harbor, municipal projects, geophysical blasting hole and bedrock drilling, etc. 2 It has many functional characteristics, such as static pressure, rotation, vibration pounding, shocking and static sounding etc. Apparatus should be prepared by the customer, if the function of static sounding is used. A. Static pressure: it is used for drilling soft formation with pressing-in method and hydrostatic original sampling (static pressure and rotation can be used simultaneously if it is necessary). B. Static pressure and rotation: it is used for drilling various kinds of clay, sand layer of water table and bedrock weathering zone. C. Vibration pounding: it is used for drilling loose sand, scree and gravel stratum as well as running casing. D. Vibration pounding and static pressure: it can improve work efficiency and performance of drilling for A and C above. E. Static pressure, rotation and vibration pounding : it is the best way for the drilling of complex formation. F. Rope hoisting heavy hammer shocked: Hoisting heavy hammer to shock for drilling will be used when the speed of C above is slow. It also can finish hammering method original sampling and dynamic penetration as well as standard penetration test. G. Static rod in-situ H. Boring slurry retaining wall of quaternary geology, rock and deep hole can be finished by rotation cooperating with magma pumps. I. Drill with DTH: drilling can be finished on the rock via compressed air. Air compressor should be prepared by the customer, if the DTH drilling is necessary.
