die ring Our die is the tooling for the extruders to produce aluminum profiles,such as window profiles, door profiles,industrial profiles,and profiles for curtain wall. We are experts in processing multi-cavity die becuase we have advanced machines and an excellent design team. For owning of 11CNC machines, 8 wire-cut machines, 20 EDM machines and one set of vacuum heat-treatment oven, we can guartee dies of good quality for our customers. We also have two designers who have more than 15years working experience in this area. Furthermore, we have strict quality control system which gruartees the product life. We already got the ISO9001:2000 quality certificate.
