Check the roughness of wall and find if there are crack and holes. Then, use minute concrete mortar( l34) to fill it according to situation and smoothing it lastly. If its too rough, the consuming of coating will increase multiple times. 2. Examine whether the filled and smoothed wall has dried thoroughly, youd better determine it by hygroscope before painting (moisture content<8%). The surface of wall is even offwhite if it has thoroughly dried. At the same time, pH value shouldnt higher than 10. The concrete wall need to be conserved more than one month in summer, and the time should be longer in winter. 3. You can use DOLINK special external filler brush to strickle if there are special requirements on decorative roughness. The filler layer mustnt be too thick, or its easy to craze. It should be conserved by showering water many times after smoothing, till the pH value is lower than 10 and the moisture content is lower than 8% Old Wall 1. Check the wall and rub it clearly if there are mould and lichen on it. Then clear the wall by 10% bleaching solution. Lastly, rinse clearly by high pressure water till there is no crystalline bloom on wall. 2. Root out damaged film and other loose attachment on wall, wash grease by scour solution. 3. Check the wall carefully and use minute concrete mortar(134) fill and smooth it if there are crack and large unevenness area on wall. The small crack and unsmooth area can be filled by DOLINK external filler. Then, conserve it according to prescript till the pH value lower than 10 and the moisture content is lower than 8%.moisture content is lower than 8%.Construction Advice 1. Construction Condition: Environment temperature: 840, best construction temperature: 1025, moisture content of base level<14%, pH value<10, air humidity<75% 2. Base layer treatment: Both sprayed and scratched object need rendering to prevent filtering color and moisture polluting the porcelain imitating external wall coating. Dosage of primer must more than 0.1kg/m2 per time. Do this rendering process till there is no color bleeding. 3. Lofting mark: Mark beeline use ruler or standard line. 4. Paste color division paper: Paste verticall line firstly, and then paste horizontal line, can nail iron nail in the junction to avoid that you cant find out the headstream of color paper. 5. Spray and scratch the porcelain imitating external wall coating: Spray and scratch thickness: 23mm, air pressure: 68kg/m2. Absolutely insulate the unsprayed space by pasting newspaper or adhesive tape. Let the film hard for 24h after spray and scratch. This process must be accordance with the sample appearance. Dosage: about 35kg/m2. 6. Wipe off color division paper: Wipe off color division paper after spraying and scratch, do this carefully, shouldnt affect the film incisal angle. Undraw it upwards but forth as possible as you can. 7. Polish: After porcelain imitating external wall coating cured thoroughly, polish sharp angle grain about 3050%, this can increase film aesthetic feeling, decrease sharp angle and avoid accumulating dust. 8.
