The decoiler is composed of two major parts, one part is fixed on the ground and the other part can be slid on fixed part through hydraulic drive. The heavy and solid decoiler version is executed as a welded steel construction. The coiler shaft is made of tempered steel have a tensile strength of 900-1500N/mm2. The shaft is bearded radially and axially in roller bearings. To avoid of mandrel deformation because of gravity, outboard bearing support is equipped. PRESSURE ROLLER ON THE TOP The strip is led into the pinch roller by means of the pressure roller. The pressure roller also prevents the coil from opening during the removing of the coil strap. The swiveling and pressing is effected hydraulically. The roller laminated by PU is driven by a hydraulic motor. The pressure can be adjusted continuously by means of a valve. Braking Adopt stable pneumatic dish brake system. The setting accuracy for inlet and outlet is 0.01mm being shown at the visualization. The four points of leveling distance can be automatic adjusted separately. (Left & right points is controlled by hydraulic cylinder and backward & forward points is controlled by motors) LEVELING ROLLERS: The machine is equipped with 19 leveling rollers with roller diameter of 60mm each. These leveling rollers are made of case harden stell with a solidity of 900 1300M/mm2 according to the diameter. The rollers have a hardness of HRC60 and are smoothly polished. INTERMEDIATE ROLLERS To avoid any marks on the material, which could be caused by the supporting rollers. The leveling machine is fitted with 19 intermediate rollers. They are spirally grooved and serve simultaneously as cleaning rollers. BACKUP ROLLERS For avoiding any bending the leveling rollers are supported. The support is carried out with big-dimensioned supporting rollers, which is run by bearings and are maintenance free. GEARING The gearbox is reduced. The hardened and ground toothed wheels are rotating in an oil bath
