Itis tender, sweet, with fresh and pleasant ginger flavour. It can be eaten as a snack, or used in bakery and in desserts, for chocolate enrobing and inclusion into chocolate bars, fruit bars, health food, cookie, cake, muffin, bread, or pie recipe. Top your favorite cereal, or put a handful into waffle or pancake batter.
