Detailed Description CQ-2Ltype Integral Mud Cleaner is a multifunctional package of shale shaker, desander and desilter. This equipment can perform three-stage purification for drilling fluid. The drilling fluid with considerable cuttings from the borehole has to be firstly treated by shale shakers to separate coarse solid particles. Then smaller particles which fail to be separated by shale shaker will be get rid of by the desander. Consequently the purified drilling fluid goes into the third stage separating equipment-the desilter. Fine particles will be removed by desilter. Furthermore, this mud cleaner can reclaim barite which is deliberately added into the mud. CQ-2Ltype Integral Mud Cleaner has many advantages such as reasonable and compact structure, large handling capacity, high treating quality, long term service life, reliable work performance, easy installation, maintenance and operation. Either Chinese-made or American-made exciting motors can be used. Exciting motors enjoy reliable work performance and long term fault free running. The exciting force is adjustable. Two types of screens, plate and scrimped, may be selected either or both. Three screens can be installed into the box and the screen types may be same or different through required combination so as to make full use of the service life of the screens. The tilting angle of the screen box can be adjusted at will. The adjustment is carried out smoothly by the hydraulic mechanism and both sides of the screen box can be properly adjusted and balanced. The surfaces of the shale shaker are shot peening treated and coated with heavy anticorrosive paint which is widely used in USA for oil & gas drilling equipments via airless spray. Therefore perfect corrosion resistance is guaranteed. Additionally, the shale shaker of CQ-2L Integral Mud Cleaners can be interchanged with GW-1 Shakers, GW-2 shakers, GW-S Shakers and American-made DERRICK-2000 Shakers to meet the market demands. 2. Desander Ø150 inlet pipe and Ø219 overflow pipe are connected on both ends with flanges. Both ends are accessible for the liquid. Overflow pipes’ joints are rotary at any angle along the axial line for the convenience of installation. The inlet pipes are perpendicular to overflow pipes to achieve the simple structure and easy installation. Two hydrocyclones are used. Their diameter isØ250, inlet nozzle diameterØ64 and overflow nozzle diameterØ110. Cylinder cones are horizontally arranged reduce the overall height. The desander is designed as integrated structure and connected with the shale shaker via bolts. It enjoys easy installation and uninstallation. 3. Desilter Ten mini-type polyurethane hydrocyclones are used. Their diameter isØ100, inlet nozzle diameterØ60 and outlet nozzle diameterØ60.They are symmetrically arranged circularly to make sure that all the cyclones work under the same condition. Additionally, for the convenience of connection, the clamp joints are adopted. The desilter is also designed as integrated structure and is connected with the shale shaker and the desander via bolts. It enjoys easy installation and uninstallation. The desander and the desilter share one mud hopper to collect the liquid discharged from the bottom flow mouths and then the discharged mud is fed into the shale shaker and screened. Besides, the hopper has the function of preventing mud splash.
