Both inside and outside are made of stainless steel SS304 which is thickness of 1mm. 4.The plate freezer consisted of 12 plates by top-down arrangement. The top plate is connected to the oil cylinder by tow frame. Liquid supply pipe and air return pipe which are made of stainless steel SUS304 mental hose are connected to the total pipeline. Joint gasket seals are used PTFE. 5.Door hinge and other accessories are made of stainless steel SUS304, which is beautiful and durable. The freezer is adopted folding door, open flexibly. Sponge rubber seal around the door prevent freezing air to leak. 6.The whole hydraulic system divided into two parts, cylinder and hydraulic station. After grinding process and hard chrome-plated piston rod surface treatment, cylinders have long service life and no leakage. The electromagnetic valves can control the plates up or down movement. 7. It can freeze all kinds of fishes, shrimps, scallop and small meat packing food, and so on. It is an ideal freeze equipment for export processing fish fillet, surimi, etc.
