Contact Adhesive I.Usage and characteristics This product is a constant temperature bridging oil acrylate PSA that can be used on metal and general plaseic materials. It is suitable for bouble sided tapes and PVC material bonding. II.Specification Appearance:light yellow liquid Solid content:40.0±1.0% Viscosity:5000±500cps/25 C Solvent:Ethyl acetate, toluene III.Storage Requiriments Storage temperature:10-30 C Storage time:2 months IV.Adhesive properties Adhesiveness:is greater than 24hrs.(PSTC-7) Unwinding force:is greater than 0.75kg/in(PSTC-1) Initial adhesiveness:less than 6.0cm (PStc-6) Testing temperature:23±1 C Testing temperature:65.0±5.0% BCCPP membrane thickness:28--30um Testing methodology:GL-777 applied on BOPP Membrane and dried for lminutes at 120F. Placing tapes with thickness of 23-27 um at standard testing environment for 30 minutes and conduct PSTC standard testing.
