Usage and characteristics: 1. STW-1520 composite foaming agent is mainly used in the production and manufacture of foam concrete roof, roof insulation layer. It can foam many raw materials such as cement, magnesia, lime, gypsum, powder, sawdust, flyash, sand, paper-making residue and lime sludge etc to make various light foam building materials like foam concrete, wall board, lath, block, hollow bricks, solid bricks, heat pipes, protective sleeve, roof insulation panels etc, and it can also be used to produce floor heating insulation layer. 2. Concrete foaming agent, also know as cement foaming agent, means to reduce the surface tension of liquid and produce substantial, uniform and stable foam. Used for the production of foam concrete. 3. Concrete foaming agent STW-1520 is non-toxic and odorless. Its PH is close to neutral, without corrosion to cement and metal. Because of high foaming ability and stable foam, the product can be used for making the foam concrete. And the foam concrete which is produced with STW-1520 shows the great tension, toughness and elongation.
