Product Graduation (scale) For the Metric side, tape measure is graduated (scaled)in centimeters with black slim lettering and meters with bigger red lettering, the length logo is printed in red metric lettering at the head of the tape measure, such as “50 Meters”. For the Imperial side, tape measure is graduated (scaled) in inches with red slim lettering and feet with bigger black lettering, the length logo is printed in black imperial lettering at the head of the tape measure, such as “66 Feet”. Operational process: continuous process. Power in demand: Electricity supplied through three-phase four-wire power, AC380V 25KVA at least. Space in demand: space better bigger than 3m*16m*2m. Material in demand: fiberglass silk, PVC colophony grain, printing ink and Cyclohexanone. Expendable in demand:scraper, colloid wheel,glue(if needed) Grind tools: printing roll (they need to be changed for different product features) Daily output: 40000-45000m/day. The maximum speed 30m/min; average speed 28 m/min Worker in need: one worker for cutting and circlling the tape measure and one manager for feeding(adding the material in when the machine works) and teaching, o ne manager can feed 3 machines at the same time. Thus, if there're three machines, there just need 3 workers and one manager.
