Introduction: 1).The OIL-AIR separation filter element made of superfine glass compound fiber filter material of the US HV company and the Lydall company, the oil mist compounds in air can be almost filtered out when through the filter element. 2) Oil content in gas up to 3ppm, Oil mist particle up to 0.1 μm. 3) Service life up to 3500-5200h, the environment and the quality of oil have a huge effect for its life. 4) Initial differential pressure: ≤0.02Mpa. 5) The barrel oil surface should be controlled in the request position, usually at the 1/2—2/3 of the oil sneakoscope. 6) The sceond return hose and the single valves should maintain unobstructed and at the specified place. 7) Exhaust pressure adjustment to the specified value. 8) The working temperature and the pressure maintaining valve of the compressor should keep normal.
