Color fixing agent GS-35 Itcan improve color fastness, reduce direct dyes loss, reduce pollution in environment by a large margin, at the same time improve the dry and wet strength of paper at some range, and has retention for fiber fines, fillers, etc. 1.Specification: Appearance colorless or light yellow liquid Ionicity cationic Solid contents 35±2 % 2.Usage: According to the dyestuffs consumption in the paper pulp, generally the dosage is about 10-20% of dyestuffs consumption (needn't be rolled over firmly). Dilute GS-35 more than 10 times and add into pulp evenly, then put into the dyestuffs and mix. Because the price of color fixing agent product is lower than dyestuffs, so using color-fixing agent not only improve the utilization rate of dyestuffs and reduce the environmental pollution, but also reduce the production cost properly. 3.Note: (1) the color fixing agent may have the best effect for direct dyestuff, alkali and acid dyestuff is secondary. (2) in order to have a better effect, we can properly add aluminum sulfate into the pulp (3) control the pH value of pulp, it may have a better effect under acid condition.
