Cold Water Soluble Film

Product Instruction This product is suitable for embroideries like bra and lace, which ask for soft handling and low temperature. It can be wash away in water at 20°C-30°Cand resolve into plant starch, water and carbond dioxside. As a kind of dissoluble backing film, it can be completely dissolve at normal temperature water. The pattern would appear clearly on the cloth afterwards. The advantages of cold water soluble film are as follows: 1.Nontoxic, complete dissoluble, easy dealing withou causing remnants; 2.Can be worked with embroidery machine with lots of needles and problems of thread break and embroidering in wrong place won’t be there; 3.Take the place of nonwoven and advoid the cloth fading problem after the film dissolves at hight temperature water; Operation Instruction 1.The chemical name of cold water soluble film is PVA film( the full name of PVA is polyvinyl acolhol), a film product which dissovles once mixed with water. The material has been widely used in wter trasfer printing and computer embroidery patterning domains. 2.Sensitivity to humidity. The suitable storage condition for water soluble film is 40% of humidity. Once over this humidity, the film would be soften because of absorbing the water in the air. And once below this humidity, the film becomes hard because of the evaporation of the water itself. Therefore, in factories which adopt cold water soluble film for computer embroidery patterning, air conditioner should be placed to control the humidity. 3. Washing process ( things should be done after embroidery) A.The embroidery fully immersed in20°C-40°C.It will take about 2 hours at the first time and should be incessantly chumed to work well. B.Then change the water and immerse, chum for half an hour. C.For the third time, softener can be pour into the water as needed 35um x 100cm x 200yard/roll 45um x 100cm x 200yard/roll
