In 2000, the engineers of our company provided site tracing service and supervision when the first heat recovery coke oven was put into operation in Houma of Shanxi province of our country and, on that basis, summarized their experience seriously. And the engineers of our company, on the bases of horizontal clean type heat recovery coke oven technology, started to develop and popularize vertical clean type heat recovery coke ovens (i.e. LRJ-2000 vertical clean type heat recovery coke oven) of a new generation. In 2001, the first LRJ-2000 vertical type coke oven began to be developed and built at Shanxi Pingyao Fengyan Coking Co., Ltd, and in Oct., 2003 the first LRJ-2000 stamping heat recovery coke oven of the company was put into production successfully. After that, a number of LRJ-2000 vertical clean type coke ovens were built and put into production successively at the companies such as Shanxi Lucheng Luan Coking Co., Ltd, Shandong Zaozhuang Lianfeng Coke & Power Co., Ltd, Tianjin Zhengfengyuan Coke Co., Ltd, Shandong Weishan Mining Group Company, Shanxi Lucheng Lufeng Coking Co., Ltd, Shanxi Pingyao Xinghua Coking Co, Ltd, Shanxi Lucheng Huizhi Coking Co., Ltd, Wangzhuang Coal Mine of Luan Mine Administration and Shanxi Lucheng Luxing Coking Co., Ltd etc., which are now playing a very important role in bring social and economic benefits. After several years of production, LRJ-2000 vertical type clean heat recovery coke ovens have been proved to be the most economical and environmentally friendly non-recovery coke ovens in China.
