Coated Cigarette Board (SBS/FBB)

StarSilk is designed as a high quality cigarette board that gives excellent printability and converting properties, meeting high speed packing requirements in the factory. The product has good surface smoothness and is good for major converting methods such as gravure printing, offset printing, embossing, lamination, and transfer metalising. With even coating and smoothness, the print aesthetics is good and image is clear. With good runnability, StarSilk can efficiently reduce running cost at the printers' end. StarSilk's construction enables it to achieve good stiffness and folding properties. Package manufactured from this board is strong and resistant to crushing. With the use of SA latex, the board is also taint and ordor free, has no VOC and meets the food packaging standards. Typical endues application is high end cigarette packaging.
