Low Labor working strength, but higher precision of work piece. 5. Structure 5.1 CNC Controlled Servo Feeding Unit. Workpeice feeding unit is driven by a servo motor, Controlled by Closed Loop circuit and incremental encoder to ensure high precision of longitudinal positioning. The Feeding Carriage will auto stop in case the angle Bar encounter any hindrance. 5.2 Punching Unit. Three( NCM2020, 2016) or Two ( NCM 1412) diameters are available in each punching unit. Very easy to change the punches and dies. Automatic Tool Assignment, pincher clamping or lift,feeding buffer and unloading finished products.which are completed by the Pneumatic elements. Imported original Pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve and air valves. 5.3 Marking Unit: Four programmable character containers on the marking unit and can be selected. CNC controlled Longitudinal Marking Positioning. 5.4 Shearing Unit Double Blades or Single Blades shearing available. Smooth Incision . Shearing Position can be setup easily. 5.5 Computer Control System: Three Axes CNC controlled. The Program can be setup manually or input by lofting software automatically through USB or networks.
