Founed in 1986, TSMD manufacture solid rivets, semi tubular rivets, fully tubular rivets, self piercing rivets and wide range of customer specific fasteners. Quality certification: ISO/TS16949:2002, plan to get the environmental certification ISO 14000 in 2011. We supply in diameters ranging from 3mm to 15mm , and lengths from 4mm to 150mm depending on the material required. Products can be processed heat treatment (annealing and carburizing and quenching) or to any commercially available finish. We have 45sets automatic cold heading equipment and 20sets CNC machining equipment and 5 sets Optical Sorting Machines, Our quality objectives: ”Zero Defect”. Most of our products are OEM base to the largest clutches manufacturers national wide(such as Valeo and Sachs and Eaton and LuK), besides, exporting to Europe, America, Africa, South east Asia and Middle east as well.
