CIP cleaning equipments

This is 1Tfull-auto single-loop CIP system,which apply three-tank square interlink structure.The plate-type heat exchanger will heat online,the flow quantity of CIP progressive pump is 10T/H,is up to 36M.All of the acid liquid tank,alkail liquid tank and hot water tank are dual-layer fully-seal tank of capacity of 1000L,the inner bladder is made of stainess steel SUS316L,the acid and alkali liquid tanks are equipped with blender;the capacity of strong acid tank and strong alkali tank are 1000L,the square bucket cart is made of stainless steel SUS316L.The CIP system is connected with processing units to form a circulatory cleaning loop and controlled by SIEMEMS PLC full-auto controller. The strong acid and alkali will automatically pump into acid tank and alkali tank by American Sandpiper diaphragm pump,the concentr ation of acid and alkali is automatically tested and controlled by German BURKET electroconductivity instrument,the upper and lower liquid level of tank is use omron level transmitter from japan automatically controlled and will give alarm.the material discharge temperature control system apply Watson McDaniel steam pressure release valve,German BURKET temperature regulating valve and Danish TEMPRESS temperature sensor.The CIP cleaning reflow system apply TEMPRESS temperature sensor and BURKET ion concentration online test,and automatically controlled by APV pneumatic valve.World famous and excellent supplier,human oriented man-machine interface,full-auto operation control.
