Chymotrypsin proteinase

Chymotrypsin is a kind of protease that can preferentially hydrolyze the peptide bond formed of the carboxyl of L-Tyrosine and L-Phenylalanine. The optimum pH is 8.0-9.0 for the hydrolysis.
