Its main chain is not so easy to break under the influence of oxygen, ozone, sunlight, dampness and heat due to the saturation of the structure of its main component, the chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and the introduction of chlorine atom. Due to the excellent characteristics of anti-aging, anti-ozone, anti-oil of chlorinated polyethylene, the Water Sable water-proof sheet features in high intensity, high elongation, water-proof, long service life, light weight, and easy use and repair. This product has been widely used in the national key projects such as Shenzhen Aviation Mansion, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, Building of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Beijing Oriental Plaza, Shanghai Vokswagon. The amount which was applied has exceeded 30 million square meters . The practices show that it has good environmental adaptivity and fine durability. It was honored Third Grade Prize of State Scientific and Technological improvement in 1998. In 1993 it was awarded the titles of Satisfied Quality Product, Satisfied After-service product.
