Pamica®460 Ceramic Mica Compositeconsist of two layers of fibreglass cloth sandwiched between two layers of selected Pamica® phlogopite(PJ)/muscovite(PB) mica paper with different gradated orders, impregnated with high-temperature resistant silicone resin. It has a high elasticity, high mechanical stability and owns good insulation & isolation functions. 460 seriesis widely used as a slip plane or high electrical isolation of the coil in a coreless induction furnace, barrier against approaching metal fins, wrapping material for the crucible form, protective barrier during sintering of the lining material. Property: Provide a vapor barrier against carbon gases.Protect the induction coil from the expansion Prevent early leakage and subsequent costly damage to the coil Provide a security alarm system for molten metal leakage Prevent Excessive heat loss Provide electrical insulation between the energized coil and the melted metal Specification: Thickness: 0.5-5.0mm.
