Intelligent image processing algorithm A intelligent algorithm based on color and shape is adopted, and special processing for yellows, stained, pinpoint blackheads etc. is carried out, thus increasing the accuracy of sorting. 4. High quality ejector Our rice color sorter employs imported ejector for accurate, effective material rejection and long service life. 5. High rejection rate Advanced image acquisition system, intelligent image processing algorithm, coupled with quality nozzle system, result in high rejection rate. 6. Simple operation Simple optical system, precise auto calibration system and user-friendly man-machine interface greatly simplify the machine debugging process and ensure ease of operation. 7.
