Our principle product Copper Clad Aluminum Wire is a new generation product that replaces pure copper wire. It uses the cladding, welding and stretching technology that sheaths rolled copper sheet around the surface of an aluminum rod or steel core wire. Then through repeated drawing and heat treatments create a wire with the required dimensional, mechanical and electric performance specifications demanded by our customers. The bond between the copper layer and the aluminum rod core wire produces a bright, round wire without defect. In this way, the Copper Clad Aluminum Wire has the lower weight associated with aluminum and the higher conductance of copper. This double metal wire is particularly useful for the inner conductor of coaxial cable given its high signal transmission characteristics while also having the advantages of light weight and low production cost. Our copper clad aluminum wire (code CCA) has two types : flexible (A type) and hard (H type) and is also available as 10% or 15% of copper layer volume ratio.The DC resistivity at 20OC is ≤ 0.02743 Ω .mm 2 /m and ≤ 0.02676 Ω.mm 2 /m respectively. Their nominal density is 3.32g/cm 3 3.63g/cm 3, which is 37-40% of the pure copper wire, and the length ratio of the same spec and the same weight is 1 2.5 - 2.7.CCA wire is widely used in TV signal transmission, big capacity telecommunication network signal transmission, control signal cable, light-body vehicle cable, welding cable, emergency mobile cable, TV set exciting coil, deflecting coil, rectifier coil and many others applications.
