car putty/alloy putty/putty P997 NEW PUTTY Two component polyester putty with BPO hardener, it is specially formulated for dry sanding and has very good adhension to aluminium, galvanized steel, steel, etc. Substrates: Sanded galvanized steel, aluminium, steel or epoxy primer Surface Cleaning: Remove wax, silicon, and other contaminations with degreaser. Mixing Ratio: Putty: Hardener=100: 2 ( by weight ) Pot Life: 2-3 min ( 25°C ) Dty-to-Sand: 15-25min(25°C) Sanding: P120-240 Method of Application: Spread with putty knife, spreader Not Suitable Substrates: Thermoplastic paint, plastic primer, etch primer Shelf Life: 6 months in original sealed can at cool and dry place at 20°C. Packaging: 1.5kg Note: 1. Stir well before use. Do not restore excess materials to can. 2. Mix with hardener by right ratio. Blend them well to avoid cracking or poor curing. 3. The putty hardener is flammable, explosive and irritating to skin. Avoid contact with skin. 4. Spread a thin coat once on the surface. Deep repair area better spread with several thin coats. 5. Do not apply topcoat on putty directly to avoid loss of gloss of topcoat.
