With the cold-drawing technique, the density and other parameters of products are close to, even higher than those of ordinary nickel copper alloys. Test methods: Punching a hole through the key blanks made by our factory and the ones made from common ordinary nickel copper alloy profiles with a 3.0# twist drill. Cutting the nickel copper alloys made by our factory into loose or cut-shot form with little continuity, while cut shots made from ordinary nickel copper alloy form continuous long strips. In comparison, the free-cutting nickel copper alloys made by our factory have advantages of less abrasion to cutter, little burr and easy processing. Inquiries are welcomed!
