PE81-Pelletized concentrate made by extrusion method, is a product of complex chemical composition, formed by a mix of natural and chemical components. It is a blend of fine mesh calcium carbonate and Polyethylene resin. The masterbatch is intended for filling and modification of Polyethylene products. The main component that determines the properties of the masterbatch as well as improved properties of finished PE products is calcium carbonate with ultrafine size particles. Application: PE81 is applied in production of blown film ,blow moulding products such as shopping bags, roll bags, agriculture film, bottle and so on. Recommended filling ratio: 10-45% depending on the specific product.
