By-pass valve is installed just above bit during normal drilling. When complicated sections encountered and thick mud needed for special operation, the valve can not only be opened by dropping ball for circulation, but also can open by-pass by pressurizing nozzle directly with mud pump when nozzle at lower part of drilling tool blocked, so as to ensure downhole safety.
