Plate: the positive plate, as a tubular plate, can effectively prevent active materials from falling. The framework of the plate is molded by casting with lead-calcium multi-element alloy while the active material adopts some additive prescription with exclusive excellent conductivity, which can decrease the batterys inner resistance, improve the active materials efficiency and enhance the batterys service life. The negative plate is a pasted plate with the grid in the shape of radial structure, which can be beneficial to improve the utility of active materials and large-current discharge. 2. Electrolyte: the batterys electrolyte is a kind of colloid and is made of imported fumed silica. It is diluted sol while infused at first and fill the whole pole space inside the battery, in order to make reaction of each part of the pole even. Its flooded-electrolyte design can avoid dry-out in the condition of high temperature and over charging, and its large heat capacity and good heat dispersion can prevent from thermal runaway, so it is more environmental-friendly. The gelled electrolyte inside finished batteries is not removable, so there is no liquid leakage or stratification. 3. Separator: special AGM separator or microporous PVC-SiO2 partition for gelled batteries with large porosity and low electric resistance. 4. Container lid: the container case and lid are made of high-strength ABS materials with hot-melt sealing to ensure no leakage. 5. Pole: embedded with assembled copper-core poles, double assembly of close welding + special adhesive seal, which can ensure reliability of pole sealing. 6. Safety valve: the valve originated from German technologies, with constant open valve pressure and high reliability can avoid expansion and rupture of battery shells as well as electrolyte dry-out.
