Brace M 500 - dry building surface repair and restoration compound designed to restore the protective layer of horizontal, vertical and ceiling surfaces of concrete structures, including shotcrete method, and device and restore the waterproofing of masonry structures.
Scope: repair and restoration of damaged concrete constructions (monolithic, precast concrete). Pools, cooling towers, mines, sewage treatment plants, dams, piers, concrete structures exposed to aggressive and radiation, underground structures, tunnels, etc.
Namely:
-chipped in places of structural interfaces;
output of rebar in the concrete surface;
corrosion of rebar;
-violation of the integrity of structures;
-violation of waterproofing;
-temperature and shrinkage cracks in the massive parts of the bearing elements of the structure (pillars, girders, beams, etc.);
-violation of the sealing of the joints between the blocks of precast structures;
-cracks in structures made of concrete shells or three-dimensional blocks;
-abrasion and other mechanical damage (mechanical impact on industrial floors, etc.);
-damage structures in the zone of variable water level. Caused by climatic factors and the influence of water (e.g., freezing
-thawing of concrete, corrosion of metal);
-cracks caused by the subsidence of structures due to insufficient bearing capacity of the soil.
The cooking part: mix dry mix "Brace M500 repair" with water in the following proportions: 0,165 l of water for 1 kg of dry mix. A small amount of material allowed to mix by hand. Slowly stirring, add the dry mixture into the water. Best is mechanical mixing low speed drill (500-650 rpm./min). Initially, the material has a high viscosity, which decreases mixing. Mix for 5 minutes until a homogeneous plastic mass without lumps.
Attention! You must carefully measure the amount of water the deviation in dose is unacceptable! Re-adding water to the prepared solution is not allowed. Do not mix more material than can be applied in 25-30 minutes.
