BSR-07 Products 1. Introduction of BSR Biodegradable Starch Resin (BSR) is a kind of fully biodegradable thermoplastic resin that can be directly applied to ordinary plastic processing equipment for downstream processing of products without having to add any plastic, and it is also a new kind of polymer materials that plays a role of environmental protection. Those products made from BSR, if put in the natural environment, it would be quickly decomposed by micro-organisms and finally accepted by the natural world in the form of CO2 or H2O. BSR serial products produced by BSR patent that owns completely independent intellectual property rights are mainly used for substituting those disposable ordinary plastic products which is often discarded leading to serious white pollution to the ecological environment. Composition and basic characteristics of BSR raw materials (1) BSR 07 resin is basically composed of starch and its collateral material as well as other materials that can be fully biodegraded, and all of which do not contain any ordinary plastic component or poisonous material. (2) BSR 07 material is a kind of thermoplastic resin that can be directly applied to the ordinary plastic processing equipment for thermoplastic processing of extrusion, injection, and foam, without having to add any plastic. (3) At the beginning of designing the molecular structure of BSR 07 material, make it incompatible with any other ordinary plastic so as to make sure it is not polluted by other materials. So, it owns the anti-counterfeiting features. (4) If the BSR 07 products are discarded in the natural environment after using, under the influence of temperature, humidity, micro-organisms and its secreted enzyme it would be completely broke down into CO2, or H2O in 3 6 months. (5) The products made from BSR 07 resin have excellent physical property.
