Basic Information

BIM is a conventional fully-lubricated bimetallic bearing material,based on steel backing with metal powder sinter layer as the sliding surface.There are four kinds of metal powder available for the possible anti-abrasion material:CuPb10Sn10/CuPb24Sn4/CuPb30/AISn20Cu.Oil grooves or pockets on the anti-abrasion surface are usually punched as oil or grease reservoirs.
