SSIT is the first company that exported the bell-less BF BF tops to overseas market from China, with the first set of bell-less top system successfully supplied to India in 2003.Bell-less BF top charging equipment of blast furnace is a new technology developed in the 1970s and considered as the third generation and the development trend of large- and medium capacity blast furnaces in the world, with the advantages of flexible distributing, good sealing, capital saving, low operation costs, easy maintenance, long service life, high sufficiency, stable output and environment friendly; and meanwhile, it can decrease the coke ratio to improve the quality of hot metal. It is competitive compared with the bell type hopper. Since the 1980s, our partner has supplied 58 sets of bell-less BF top equipment for 308 m3 4350 m3 blast furnaces for Baosteel, Wuhan Steel etc.
