Ball Mill

Ball Mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder. After the materials entering the hollow axis by the feeder, the materials will be taken evenly and spirally into the first warehouse, where there is the ladder liner or the ripple liner with different steel balls. When the tube structure revolving produces the centrifugal force, the steel balls will be carried higher to some extent, and then fall down to strike and grind the material. After grinded generally in the first warehouse, the materials then will be taken into the sencond warehouse, in which there is the flat liner, the materials will be regrinded and then be discharged through the discharge grate liner. Ball Mill is used to grind or select many kinds of mine and other materials. It is widely used for the cement, the silicate product, new type building materials, fire-proof materials, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics, and so on. There are two ways of grinding: the dry and the wet. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different expelling mine. Quite simply, the longer the Ball Mill runs, the finer the powder will be. Ultimate particle size depends entirely on how hard the material you're grinding is, and the time how long the Ball Mill runs.
