balcony pressurized solar water heater Detailed products specification: The separate pressurized solar water heater system is made up of solar collector, pressurized water tank, working station, expansion vessel, stainless steal frame, and whole kit of stainless steel fasteners. 1) The water tank includes two heat exchange coil inside and a 1500W electrical heater as a backup heater. 2) The working station includes circulation pump intelligent controller with sensors, setting online (flux controllers) press meter, pressure release valve, one way valve, ball valve, copper pipes and insulation shell. 3) The heat pipe are made of copper and are filler by heat transfer liquid. Working Principle---Circulation Principle Solar collector, heat exchanger inside the storage tank and circulating pump of solar working station constitute the temperature difference circulation pipeline. When the temperature difference between solar collector outlet and storage tank arrives at the setting figure of controller, the circulating pump start up the working medium of atwitch pipeline, Working medium transfers the heat to the storage tank by heat exchanger. When the temperature difference between solar collecting system and storage system reach the setting figure, the circulating pump stops working, such-and-such repeatedly.working principle--Heat pipe working principle All around the heat pipes there is aluminum fin. The selective coating on the inner tube converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers it to the heat pipe by the aluminum fin. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapor, which rises to the condenser. Then the heat conducts to the liquid( anti-freeze liquid, glycol or water) inside the copper manifold header pipe and the vapor inside the pipe becomes liquid, return to the base of the heat pipe and is heated again. The continuous circulation transfers heat from the heat pipe to the manifold as long as sun is heating the collectors.
