Automobile teaching equipment(ABS)

Introduction:Automobile teaching equipment(ABS) is equipped with the real part of ABS system and diagram of working theory to demonstrate the framework and work process of ABS system.It is fit for teaching in junior and senior vocational schools, liberal education schools and training institutions. It meets the need for displaying and teaching system. It is convenient to operate on the safe side.Contain of structure: ABS ECU/ pump,brake master pump,Vacuum power pump,brake pedal,brake part pump,ABS indicator light,date link connector,front/rear step motor,brake fluid pressure meter,double converter frequencys,setting malfunction box of intelligent,left/right front vehicle speed sensor,left/right rear Vehicle speed sensor,fluid tube,brake disc,move platform and so on. Function:1. These parts are equipped with the real part of ABS system and diagram of working theory to demonstrate the framework and work process of ABS system.2. The front and back shaft are driven by step motor to demonstrate the framework and work process of ABS system when there is urgent brake.When step on the urgent brake, ABS system will begin to work. The front and back brake disc keep little movement and we can feel it still on the pedal.3. Learners can contrapose circuits diagrams painted with the same color with the original car in the testing platform to know and analyze the working theory of the controlling system.4. The testing platform is installed with testing Terminal, to test signals of sensor, actuator and engine controlling unit, e.g: resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals.5. Experiment platform is equipped with 6 pressure parameter revealing hydraulic pressure of Master Cylinder Wheel Cylinder.6. Testing platform is installed with diagnose seat which can be connected with decoder in the auto for special or common use. The platform can search the code of ECU, read and clear out fault code, read data stream, test the component, set the parameter, analyze wave.7.
