The machine is capable of measuring cleaning resources and has a PLC control system that can relay real, dynamic data for hassle free automatic operation. Its inflatable air bag seal eliminates water leakage or pollution. Main Features: 1. As a new solution to the traditional stationary cleaning style, the PCWD uses a patented rotary cleaning pallet along with brush group style spray nozzles and 360 degree rotary cleaning balls to eliminate dead-corner concerns for guaranteed residue-free cleaning in an energy efficient process.2. Model PCWD utilizes an inflatable air bag seal for its door to ensure against water leaks and pollution into the cleaning chamber. Traditional cleaning systems use mechanically sealed doors that tend to leak during longer cleaning times.3. Hot air circulation drying system can be used for shortening drying process time. Air flow and temperature are adjustable. Steam sterilization and/or cooling systems can also be custom added.4.
