Capping Machine Application: This capping machine is designed for handling plastic screw cap, snap hinge cap, click-loc cap and flex band cap for round/flat/ oval/ square shape containers. The Number of capping head can be customer-made according to speed requirement. For Automatic two head capping machine, capping speed could be from 20 bottles to 40 bottles per minute. Capping Machine Features: 1. Machine main construction by Stainless Steel #304. 2. Top press and screw type capping. 3. Capping speed and capping time adjustable. 4. Capping head (for one size only) with variable speed AC motor. 5. Fast changeover device and easy machine cleaning Capping Machine Option: 1. Automatic Cap Feeder and Inserter (for one cap size) 2.
