Automatic Capping Machine Product Description Application: This capping machine is designed for handling plastic screw cap, snap hinge cap, click-loc cap and flex band cap for round/flat/ oval/ square shape containers. The Number of capping head can be customer-made according to speed requirement. For Automatic two head capping machine, capping speed could be from 20 bottles to 40 bottles per minute. Features: 1. Machine main construction by Stainless Steel #304. 2. Top press and screw type capping. 3. PLC+ touch screen control system. 4. Capping head (for one size only) with variable speed AC motor. 5. Equipped with one set of Automatic Cap Feeder and Inserter (for one cap size) 6. No cap, machine auto stop and alarm.Option: 1. Bottle star wheel for another bottle size 2.
