ATEX Mining Explosion Proof Mobile Substation

Purpose Explosion-proof mobile substation for mine is used in mine to supply power.It is composed of dry transformer for mine and explosion-proof mobile substation and high vaccum switch for mine and explosion-proof mobile substation and low voltage protection box.It can convert power 6KV,10KV into power 400(380)V,693(660V),1200(1140V),3450(3300V) that mine well needs mainly for power transportation and synthesismechanization coal cutting power.Technical Features 1)at the sides of high and low voltage of explosion-proof mobile substation, there are high vaccum switch KBG - /10(6) produced by ourselves and low-voltage protection box BXBD- /3300(1140/660); please cut off the switch at the side of high voltage ,when the transformer in substation is short circuit , loose phase or over heart and when supplying low voltage power ,there are faults of over load, short circuit, power leakage, leakage interlock, over voltage and low voltage; 2)the high-low voltage switch with RS485 comunication interface is configured in mine power monitoring system to achieve remote survey, remote control and remote adjustment;3)high voltage load switch and low voltage vaccum feed switch can also be configured in the high and low voltage sides of mobile substation by user.Conform to Standards 1)GB3836.1-2000 2)GB3836.2-2000 3)GB-8286-1996 4)GB3836.1-2000 5)GB3836.2-2000 l6)Q/DG61-2006 Certificates 1) Production Approval 2)Explosion-proof Certificate of Conformity 3)Safety Certificate of Approval for Mining Products
