ASP1050 -Type highly efficient wear-resistant series dredging pump is developed as a brand-new,highly efficient and energy-saving dredging product.The dredging pump is the main pumping equipment for river and pool harnessing. A dredge pump system is mainly made up of pump head,special deceleration gear box or bracket,highly elastic coupling,and marine drive device monitoring system.There are two structural forms for the pump head: single volute structure and double volute structure.It is characterised by its simple structure.It is characterised by it simple structure,easy disassembly and easy maintenance. In case that the working pressure lower than 0.8MPa,the single volute pump head structure shall be applied to reduce weigh. In case that the working press higher than 0.8Mpa,the double volute pump head structure shall be applied to increase its reliability. The single volute pump structure is mainly applied for the gear box structure.It is applied in the case of outlet DN lower than 500mm,and the matched power lower than 1600kw. High chrome alloy material is used for the wet part.which makes longer service time. The seal is reliable and there is not any leakage.
