Additive "Krioplast Extra" is a mixture of sodium formate,
polyethyleneglycoladipinate sodium and technical pentaerythritol
Comprehensive plasticizing additive "Krioplast Extra" can be
used in low design temperature of curing of concrete for:
fabrication of heavy and light structural concrete in the construction
monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures;
construction of monolithic parts prefabricated monolithic structures and
the monolithic joints of these structures.
Additive "Krioplast Extra" provides a steady hardening "warm" and
"cold" concrete at temperatures to minus 25 ° C inclusive. The opportunity
use supplements at lower temperatures is determined
experimentally.
Additive "Krioplast Extra" is introduced into the concrete mix in the following
cases:
to prevent freezing of the concrete mix in the construction of monolithic and
precast-monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures prior to the beginning
active thermal treatment (including the use of electrical warming up) or
the thermos keeping;
in the conditions of unheated polygon in the manufacture of monolithic and precast-
monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures for a set of 30%
concrete strength at 28 days of age from the vintage at rated temperature
hardening is not below minus 25C.
Additive "Krioplast Extra":
does not cause corrosion of rebars in concrete;
does not reduce the protective properties of concrete in relation to steel reinforcement;
does not increase the tendency to stress corrosion cracking;
does not contribute to efflorescence.
The use of the additive "Krioplast Extra" allows to achieve the following
indicators compared with concrete without additives:
to enable concreting to the beginning of the active
heat treatment in terms of calculated temperatures of hardening concrete
below minus 25 ° C;
to ensure the strength development of 30 % or more of the fine in 28 daily
the age of the concrete without the use of heat treatment (compressive strength
samples "cold" concrete is determined after thawing in normal
conditions during 24 hours);
to increase the mobility of the concrete mix from P1 to P5 when using
the maximum dosage;? to reduce the amount of mixing water from 15% (in ravnopraviya mixtures).
