Introduction ZXS series air-powered film angular single-seat regulating valves use top guiding structure and multi-spring actuator, featuring compact structure, light weight, sensitive movement, S-shape streamline flow passage, small pressure drop, high valve capacity, accurate flow characteristic and convenient disassembly & assembly, etc. Therefore, they are widely used for accurately controlling gas or liquid. The technological parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level are kept within the set value. They are especially applicable to the working condition in which low leakage is permitted and valve has small pressure difference. The adjustment of fluid of high viscosity which includes suspended and granular materials can avoid coking and blockage for self-purification and cleaning. Products of this series boast various types, to be exact, standard, adjusting/cutting off, sylphon sealing, and jacketed heat preservation, etc. The nominal pressure fall into there level: PN1.6, PN4.0 and PN6.4 (MPA). The valve body caliber (DN) ranges from 20 to 200 mm. They are applied to liquid temperature ranging from -200 to +560°C. The leakage grade is divided into IV and VI. The metal spool valve can be used in various working conditions, which reaches IV grade leakage standard. The ZXSQ soft sealing spool valve reaches VI grade leakage standard. The ZXSV sylphon sealing regulating valve can completely seal the mobile valve rod so as to avoid leakage of liquid. With heating jacket, the ZXSJ regulating valve can be applied when blockage occurs due to crystallization and solidification of fluid cooling.
