truck tail lift 1.The hydraulic power unit isan assembly including valves, motor, oil pump, fuel tank and so on. 2. We use Hallite oil seal from U.K . Each cylinder has two oil seal. 3.Operation control:wecan provide:a.electrical control box b.hand-control pendant. c. remote control for your option. 4. Actual dimension will be decide by the customer's truck chassis dimension: a. the floor height(the distance between truckbox bed and the floor) b. chassis rail clearance c.overhang length. d.inner width and outerwidth of the truck box. We will provide the drawing for all of these dimension for the customer to check with his truck chassis. 5. The electrical schematic, hydraulic schematic, installation and troubleshooting manual are avaiable. 6.Weadopt the most prevailing design of 5 cylinders, two lifting cylinder ,two sway cylinder and one balance cylinder. 7.Our balance cylinder is capable of swaying the panel to the horizontal position once its started and no need extra operation to adjust this. Also our balance cylinder is capable of keeping a certain degree between the panel and ground to prevent the goods from slipping off from the panel when the truck stand on a slope. 8.Accessory : two safety chains to hook the tail lift during non-use, two rubber bumper, two reflecting plates to warn the passenger and other vehicle, two mounting plates to connect the tailgate with the truck , one transitional rod to close the gap between panel and trailer bed. 9. Full-load and over-load testing are conducted before each shipment 10.All hydraulics are stringently tested before each shipment.
